New scented candle launched by Barnsley Hospice

Barnsley Hospice is delighted to launch a brand-new candle in collaboration with local company Aroma Holiday Candles.

In honour of the hospice’s iconic orange colours, the hand-made soy wax candles have a citrus theme, boasting scents of orange, lemon, thyme, blackberry and wine.

The candles have already proven to be hugely popular, with dozens snapped up since they their launch.

Available to purchase from Barnsley Hospice Reception and the Retail Hub in Dodworth. The candles are priced at £10 each and profits will help fund the hospice’s vital palliative and end of life services for the people of Barnsley and their loved ones.

Sarah MacGillivray, Director of Governance and Quality and Deputy CEO at Barnsley Hospice, said, “We are thrilled to launch our new candles which will help us raise much-needed funds to deliver our specialist services. We want to thank Mark for his support in creating these beautiful candles.”
